Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is key in driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate has a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Develop a deep understanding of client needs to provide tailored solutions
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing and new markets
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. marketing, product, support) to ensure client success
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to achieve sales targets
- Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to leadership
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions using CRM tools
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 6 months of experience in sales, account management, or business development
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Experience with CRM software
- Fluent in English (written & spoken).
