Job Description

1 - 4 years experience in technology related sales, knowledge of Data Centers Cloud computing technologies and network. Preferably with a technical background.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily customer meetings and maintain positive business relationships.
  • Understand customer needs and ensure the best solution positioning.
  • Conduct the required daily, weekly & monthly sales reports.
  • Develop a healthy and accurately updated leads pipeline.
  • Increase the sales and achieve the assigned monthly targets.
  • Report on customer needs, problems, interests & competitive activities for new products and services.
  • Identify the potential customers and increase the reach out to them.
  • Ensure following the sales processes and coordinate with team members and other departments to get activities done within the timelines.
  • Continuously improve account management & customer experience.
