1 - 4 years experience in technology related sales, knowledge of Data Centers Cloud computing technologies and network. Preferably with a technical background.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily customer meetings and maintain positive business relationships.
- Understand customer needs and ensure the best solution positioning.
- Conduct the required daily, weekly & monthly sales reports.
- Develop a healthy and accurately updated leads pipeline.
- Increase the sales and achieve the assigned monthly targets.
- Report on customer needs, problems, interests & competitive activities for new products and services.
- Identify the potential customers and increase the reach out to them.
- Ensure following the sales processes and coordinate with team members and other departments to get activities done within the timelines.
- Continuously improve account management & customer experience.
