Job Description

Job Title: Sales Account Manager – ECM & Digital Transformation Solutions

Location: Dubai, UAE

Sector Focus: Government & Enterprise Clients

Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

NVSSoft, a regional leader in enterprise software solutions, is seeking a high-performing Sales Account Manager to lead sales efforts for ECM, workflow automation, and digital transformation platforms across the Gulf region, with a strong focus on government entities and large enterprise clients.

The ideal candidate is a consultative seller with strong business development instincts, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in managing complex sales cycles in the public sector.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Prospecting

  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities, especially in the government and large enterprise sectors
  • Map key accounts and develop a relationship strategy to reach decision-makers (C-level, IT, procurement)
  • Understand client goals and position solutions that solve real operational pain points

Account Management & Strategic Partnership

  • Manage and grow assigned strategic accounts
  • Act as a trusted advisor and liaise with stakeholders to maintain long-term relationships
  • Ensure post-sale satisfaction and long-term solution adoption

Sales Execution

  • Own the entire sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, proposal, negotiation, closure
  • Coordinate with technical, presales, and marketing teams to deliver compelling presentations and demos
  • Manage complex opportunities, including RFP/RFQ processes and public sector frameworks

Pipeline & Market Intelligence

  • Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM reporting (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent)
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to influence GTM strategy

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B software sales, including ECM, DMS, automation, or enterprise solutions
  • Proven record of exceeding sales targets in public or enterprise sectors
  • Strong knowledge of government procurement and compliance
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in long-cycle consultative sales
  • Understanding of smart government, digital transformation, and national tech strategies in GCC
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
