Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Account Manager to drive revenue growth through the sale of Avaya Unified Communications (UC), Contact Center solutions, and Cybersecurity solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key customer accounts, identifying customer technology needs, and delivering end-to-end solution sales across enterprise and mid-market customers.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for Avaya and cybersecurity solutions.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, and partner relationships.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue targets.
  • Develop strategic account plans for existing and potential customers.

Account Management

  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, IT leaders, and procurement teams.
  • Conduct regular customer meetings to understand evolving business and technology requirements.
  • Drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Solution Selling

  • Promote and sell Avaya solutions including:
  • Unified Communications
  • Contact Center Solutions
  • Cloud Communication Platforms
  • Collaboration Solutions
  • Promote cybersecurity offerings including:
  • Network Security
  • Endpoint Security
  • Email Security
  • Security Operations (SOC)
  • Managed Security Services
  • Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT)
  • Identity & Access Management

Proposal & Contract Management

  • Coordinate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to develop competitive solutions.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms.

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in communications and cybersecurity.
  • Identify new market opportunities and customer pain points.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related field.
  • 5–10 years of B2B technology sales experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in ICT, Unified Communications, Contact Center, or Cybersecurity solution sales.
  • Experience working with system integrators and IT service providers.
  • Proven experience selling Avaya solutions and/or cybersecurity solutions.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise communication platforms and cybersecurity technologies.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing complex sales cycles.
