Position Overview

Smart System is seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Sales Account Manager to join our growing sales team in Egypt. The role is responsible for developing strategic client relationships and driving revenue growth across a broad portfolio of IT solutions and services.

The ideal candidate has strong experience working within a system integrator or IT solutions provider, with the ability to manage complex enterprise sales cycles and position integrated technology solutions across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within enterprise and government sectors in Egypt.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key decision-makers including CIOs, IT Directors, and business leaders.
  • Promote and sell integrated IT solutions including:

- Data Center & Infrastructure Solutions

- Cybersecurity Solutions

- Cloud & Virtualization

- Networking & Infrastructure

- ERP & Enterprise Applications

- Software & Digital Solutions

- Light Current & Smart Systems

  • Lead the full sales lifecycle including prospecting, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
  • Work closely with presales, technical consultants, and vendor partners to design tailored solutions aligned with customer needs.
  • Drive vendor-aligned opportunities and strategic initiatives with global technology partners.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT solutions sales within a System Integrator, IT Services Company, or Technology Provider.
  • Strong experience selling enterprise technology solutions across multiple domains such as infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, and business applications.
  • Proven track record of managing large accounts and closing high-value deals.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience working with global technology vendors and partner ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong commercial mindset and client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder engagements.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working with enterprise and government accounts in Egypt.
  • Background in solution selling within system integrators or multinational IT environments.
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales methodologies and CRM platforms.
