About the Role
We are hiring a Sales & Account Manager (SMB/Mid-Market) based in Dubai. This is a full-cycle role responsible for prospecting, qualifying, closing, and growing a portfolio of SMB and mid-market customers.You will partner closely with technical consultants and delivery teams to scope services, build proposals, and ensure successful handovers, then expand relationships through renewals, upsell/cross-sell, and QBRs.
What You'll Do
- Prospect, identify, qualify, and close new business across SMB/Mid-Market accounts in the UAE
- Run structured discovery to understand customer risks, constraints, and priorities, and map them to services with clear outcomes
- Own the commercial cycle: proposal creation, pricing coordination, negotiation, and closure
- Collaborate with pre-sales/engineering and delivery teams to ensure accurate scoping, smooth onboarding, and customer satisfaction
- Build and execute account plans for growth (renewals, adoption, cross-sell/upsell, stakeholder expansion)
- Maintain strong CRM discipline: activity tracking, pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and weekly reporting
- Represent ProofOps professionally in customer meetings, partner discussions, and relevant industry events
What You'll Need
- 47 years of UAE B2B sales/account management experience (services/solutions experience strongly preferred)
- Proven success in high-velocity SMB/Mid-Market sales cycles with consistent target achievement
- Strong consultative selling skills, including discovery, qualification, objection handling, and negotiation
- Ability to translate technical value into business outcomes for buyers such as IT Managers, Heads of IT, Ops leaders, and CISOs
- High-ownership mindset: self-starter, organized, and comfortable managing multiple opportunities in parallel
- Cybersecurity exposure (MSSP, MDR, SOC, EDR, IR, VM/VAPT) is a strong advantage
