Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Account Manager role based in Dubai. The Sales Account Manager will manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, building long-term relationships and ensuring client needs are understood and met. Daily tasks include prospecting and lead generation, presenting Tech Fortress solutions, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating contracts. The role involves coordinating with technical and support teams to ensure high customer satisfaction and timely resolution of client issues. The Sales Account Manager will also track sales metrics, maintain accurate CRM records, and contribute to sales forecasts and strategic planning.
Qualifications
  • Strong account management and customer service skills, with a focus on building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Proven ability in lead generation and sales development, including prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and closing deals.
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction, with experience managing expectations and resolving concerns effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical solutions in clear business terms.
  • Experience in IT services, cybersecurity, or SaaS sales is highly preferred.
  • Comfort working in a target-driven environment and using CRM tools to manage pipelines and activities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to work on-site in Dubai, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving market.
