Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Manager with a strong background in IT solutions and services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding client accounts, fostering long-term relationships with key decision-makers, and identifying new opportunities to drive revenue growth within the technology sector. This role requires deep knowledge of IT products and services, combined with strong communication, negotiation, and account management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key IT clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention
  • Understand client business needs and propose tailored IT solutions (e.g., cybersecurity, infrastructure, software, managed services)
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and new leads
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demos in collaboration with technical teams
  • Work cross-functionally with pre-sales engineers, delivery teams, and support to ensure successful solution implementation
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to adjust strategies accordingly
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and performance targets

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 13 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or solution selling in the IT industry
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and engage multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Saudi nationality is preferred
