Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager with a strong background in sales and customer relationship management within the telecom industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key telecom and enterprise customers.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the company and clients, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
  • Understand customer requirements and align them with the right telecom and ICT solutions.
  • Coordinate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate proposals.
  • Prepare and present professional offers, proposals, and account plans.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs to develop effective account strategies.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships.

Qualifications and Experience

  • +3 years of experience in telecom sales or account management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of operator environments, preferably with Etisalat, Vodafone, or similar telecom operators.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Technical awareness of telecom or ICT solutions is a plus.
