We are seeking an experienced Account Manager with a strong background in sales and customer relationship management within the telecom industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key telecom and enterprise customers.
- Act as the main point of contact between the company and clients, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
- Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
- Understand customer requirements and align them with the right telecom and ICT solutions.
- Coordinate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate proposals.
- Prepare and present professional offers, proposals, and account plans.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
- Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs to develop effective account strategies.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships.
Qualifications and Experience
- +3 years of experience in telecom sales or account management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong understanding of operator environments, preferably with Etisalat, Vodafone, or similar telecom operators.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Technical awareness of telecom or ICT solutions is a plus.
