Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Account Manager. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and developing strong, lasting relationships with clients. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, lead generation, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining open and effective communication with clients. The role also requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to achieving sales goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Account Management and driving Customer Satisfaction
- Strong skills in Customer Service and maintaining client relationships
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and discovering business opportunities
- Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written communication
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple accounts effectively
- Goal-oriented and driven to meet and exceed sales targets
- Previous experience in sales or related fields is a plus
- Outbound cold calling experience is essential
- Telemarketer Solid experience
- Email outreach campaigns awareness is a high advantage.
