Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Sales Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving web development sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in web development services
  • Manage existing client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded
  • Develop proposals, negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets
  • Collaborate closely with the web development and project teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in sales/account management, preferably in web development or IT services
  • Strong knowledge of web development technologies and industry trends
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
