Job Description

We are hiring a Lead Generator to support our commercial team by identifying, researching, and qualifying potential business opportunities. This role focuses on building a strong pipeline through data-driven lead sourcing, accurate contact verification, and structured CRM updates. You will play a key role in enabling the sales team by delivering high-quality, ready-to-engage leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients and new business opportunities
  • Generate and qualify leads through multiple channels (LinkedIn, databases, online platforms, cold outreach)
  • Collect, verify, and maintain accurate decision-maker contact details
  • Update and manage lead data on CRM systems
  • Coordinate with the commercial and sales teams to hand over qualified leads
  • Track and report on lead generation activities and performance
  • Support campaign-based lead generation initiatives

Requirements

  • 12 years of experience in lead generation, sales support, or business development
  • Good to very good English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking tools
  • Strong research, data collection, and validation skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree (graduate level required)
  • Based in Egypt and available for on-site work in Zahraa El Maadi
