Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Admin role based in 6th of October. The Sales Admin will provide essential administrative support to the sales team, ensuring efficient operations and contributing to sales targets. Responsibilities include maintaining records, preparing reports, coordinating with clients, managing schedules, and assisting in various customer service and administrative tasks to facilitate the smooth functioning of the sales department.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Analytical skills for assessing sales data, preparing reports, and identifying trends.
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance tasks, including scheduling, record-keeping, and document preparation.
  • Understanding of basic Finance principles and ability to assist in budget tracking or sales-related financial operations.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in using office software and CRM tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in sales support or a similar role is advantageous.
