Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the sales and commercial team.
Prepare and follow up on sales orders, quotations, and invoices.
Coordinate with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and documentation.
Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and reports.
Support contract documentation and commercial agreements.
Communicate with internal departments (logistics, finance, warehouse) to ensure smooth order processing.
Assist in preparing sales reports and performance summaries.
Handle customer inquiries and support day-to-day commercial operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, Commerce, or related field.
13 years of experience as Sales Admin or similar role.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).
Good command of English.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
