Job Description

Job Summary

The Sales Administrator will support the sales team by handling administrative tasks, preparing reports, processing orders, and coordinating between internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process sales quotations, sales orders, and invoices.
  • Maintain and update customer records and sales data on the system.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports using Excel.
  • Follow up with clients regarding orders, payments, and documentation.
  • Coordinate between Sales, Finance, Warehouse, and Operations departments.
  • Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery.
  • Handle customer inquiries and administrative requests.
  • Maintain proper filing of contracts and official documents.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 13 years of experience in Sales Administration or similar role.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Experience using ERP or CRM systems is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
