Job Summary
The Sales Administrator will support the sales team by handling administrative tasks, preparing reports, processing orders, and coordinating between internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process sales quotations, sales orders, and invoices.
- Maintain and update customer records and sales data on the system.
- Prepare periodic sales reports using Excel.
- Follow up with clients regarding orders, payments, and documentation.
- Coordinate between Sales, Finance, Warehouse, and Operations departments.
- Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries and administrative requests.
- Maintain proper filing of contracts and official documents.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 13 years of experience in Sales Administration or similar role.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Experience using ERP or CRM systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
