Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Admin to support sales operations within the Freight Forwarding / Logistics sector. The ideal candidate will manage customer onboarding, prepare quotations, generate reports, and support cross-department coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Register new customers and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Prepare and follow up on sales quotations with the pricing team.
  • Generate reports for sales and operations.
  • Identify new leads and opportunities.
  • Communicate with clients and provide needed support.
  • Coordinate meetings and presentations.
  • Support management with administrative tasks.

Requirements


  • Minimum 2 years experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics.
  • Experience in a shipping/logistics organization.
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Fluent English; strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
