Role Description
The Sales Administrator role is a full-time, on-site position based in Qesm El Maadi. The selected individual will be responsible for supporting the sales team through managing administrative tasks such as processing orders, maintaining sales records, and managing customer and CRM data. Additional responsibilities include coordinating sales activities, preparing sales reports, and ensuring smooth communication between the sales team and other departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in administrative and organizational skills, with attention to detail, time management, and data entry accuracy.
- Knowledge of CRM systems, sales operations, and project coordination principles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with sales reporting tools.
- Adept at customer relationship management and problem-solving, ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient issue resolution.
- Prior experience in sales administration or a similar role is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is an advantage.
