Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Agent located in New Cairo. The Sales Agent will be responsible for identifying potential clients, presenting and selling telecommunication products and services, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Tasks include managing customer inquiries, meeting sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Sales Agent may participate in training sessions to stay updated on product developments and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively
• Proficiency in Sales techniques and approaches, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
• Knowledge or experience in Insurance-related sales is a plus
• Willingness to participate in training and professional development to enhance skills and performance
• Ability to work in a team, problem-solving skills, and results-oriented mindset
• Flexibility to work on-site in New Cairo
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
