Senior Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our growing Marketing & Software company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing the full sales cycle, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities
- Manage the full sales cycle (prospecting, meetings, proposals, closing)
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts
- Coordinate with marketing and account management teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Stay updated on market trends and competitors
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Sales Executive
- Background in Marketing, Advertising, or Software industry is a plus
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Target-oriented and results-driven mindset
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 35+ years of sales experience
