Role Overview
As a Sales and Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving new business growth, increasing revenue, and managing key accounts. As part of our team in Qatar - Doha, you'll work in an ONSITE environment, focusing on developing relationships with large organizations and government entities. We seek a motivated, self-driven individual with exceptional communication skills in both Arabic and English to expand our market presence and deliver high-quality solutions to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, particularly with large organizations and government agencies.
- Prepare and present high-quality proposals, agreements, presentations, and reports that meet both client and organizational requirements.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing while ensuring ongoing client satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and potential opportunities for business expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client solutions and exceed client expectations.
- Generate account management reports and maintain accurate sales records.
Must Have Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer management, especially within large organizations and government clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (Master's degree is an added advantage).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Self-starter with strong initiative and the ability to work independently.
- Demonstrated ability to generate new business and drive up revenue.
