Role Overview

As a Sales and Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving new business growth, increasing revenue, and managing key accounts. As part of our team in Qatar - Doha, you'll work in an ONSITE environment, focusing on developing relationships with large organizations and government entities. We seek a motivated, self-driven individual with exceptional communication skills in both Arabic and English to expand our market presence and deliver high-quality solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, particularly with large organizations and government agencies.
  • Prepare and present high-quality proposals, agreements, presentations, and reports that meet both client and organizational requirements.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing while ensuring ongoing client satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and potential opportunities for business expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client solutions and exceed client expectations.
  • Generate account management reports and maintain accurate sales records.

Must Have Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer management, especially within large organizations and government clients.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (Master's degree is an added advantage).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Self-starter with strong initiative and the ability to work independently.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate new business and drive up revenue.

  • Experience with upselling and cross-selling services or products to existing clients.
  • Experience preparing detailed proposals, agreements, presentations, and client reports.
