Job Title: Sales and Business Development associate - Crypto / Fintech

Location: Remote

Type: Permanent, Fulltime

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Sales & Business Development Associate to drive new business opportunities and expand our client base across the MENA & GCC regions. The role focuses on client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue growth, particularly within the fintech and cryptocurrency sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities with HNWIs, corporate clients, and key accounts.
  • Generate leads and manage sales pipelines using CRM tools.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Deliver presentations, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience.

Key Requirements:

  • Fluent in Arabic and English (Mandatory)
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, and client acquisition
  • Experience in Fintech, Cryptocurrency, Financial Services, or related industries preferred
  • Strong skills in lead generation, pipeline management, and deal closing
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience engaging with HNWIs, corporate clients, and key accounts across MENA
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
