Role Overview:
We are looking for a Sales & Business Development Associate to drive new business opportunities and expand our client base across the MENA & GCC regions. The role focuses on client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue growth, particularly within the fintech and cryptocurrency sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities with HNWIs, corporate clients, and key accounts.
- Generate leads and manage sales pipelines using CRM tools.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Deliver presentations, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
Key Requirements:
- Fluent in Arabic and English (Mandatory)
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and client acquisition
- Experience in Fintech, Cryptocurrency, Financial Services, or related industries preferred
- Strong skills in lead generation, pipeline management, and deal closing
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience engaging with HNWIs, corporate clients, and key accounts across MENA
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
