Endl is building a stablecoin-native business banking and payments platform. We help global businesses collect in USD/EUR/GBP and stablecoins, manage balances, payout to multiple countries/currencies, and spend via corporate cards - without needing to stitch together multiple providers.
The Role
Own revenue for the ecommerce segment: global sellers, digital-first merchants, marketplaces, and cross-border operators. You'll run outbound + inbound, close deals, and build a repeatable sales motion focused on collections, payouts, FX, and spend.
Scope of Work
- Own full cycle sales: prospect - discovery - proposal - close - handoff
- Sell to founders, finance leads, ops heads at ecommerce brands and platforms
- Drive pipeline via structured outbound (email/LinkedIn/calls/partners)
- Map customer flows: where they collect, where they pay, FX exposure, settlement pain, working capital locked
- Pitch Endl's value: faster settlement, global payout coverage, better FX economics, stablecoin optionality, cards for spend
- Coordinate with ops/compliance to unblock KYB and go-live
- Maintain CRM hygiene and forecasting discipline
- Contribute to messaging and sales assets (1-pagers, decks, objection handling)
Desired Skills
- 4-8+ years B2B sales in payments, fintech, merchant services, FX, wallets, or ecommerce SaaS with payments exposure
- You understand ecommerce pain (supplier payments, ad spend, logistics, refunds, multi-currency)
- Strong discovery skills - you can quantify impact (days-to-settle, FX bps, payout costs)
- Comfortable navigating compliance/KYB and risk conversations
- High ownership: you can build pipeline without waiting for marketing
- Bonus: experience with marketplaces, PSPs, PayFacs, cross-border payouts, virtual accounts, cards
