We are expanding our sales team and looking for a driven Sales & Business Development Manager who can help us grow our client base across the UAE and GCC markets.
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales & Business Development Manager who is fluent in Arabic and English and has a strong background in selling technology and digital services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, building long-term client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Identify, target, and acquire new clients in the UAE and GCC region
- Sell company services including:
- Mobile App Development
- Web Development
- AI Automations & Digital Solutions
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, meetings, proposals, negotiations, and deal closure
Client Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers, founders, and senior executives
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution demos
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to propose suitable solutions
- Maintain long-term partnerships and upsell additional services
Market & Business Development
- Research market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, and industry meetups
- Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns, pitches, and sales materials
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken & written)
- Proven experience in sales or business development within:
- Digital Agency
- Software House
- IT Services / Tech Solutions company
- Strong understanding of app development, web development, and AI/digital services
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Strong client-handling and relationship-building skills
Preferred Experience
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales (digital/tech services preferred)
- Experience selling to UAE or GCC clients
- Existing network of business contacts in Dubai or the region
- Familiarity with CRM tools and proposal preparation
