Job Brief:
A well-established premium landscaping firm in Dubai is seeking aSales & Business Development Manager / Senior Managerto strengthen its client base and drive business growth across thereal estate, hospitality, commercial, and corporate sectors. This role requires a strategic, relationship-focused professional with strong business acumen and a proven ability to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities acrosslandscape design and installation services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships withdevelopers, architects, interior designers, engineering and landscape consultancies, real estate firms, hospitality groups, facility management companies, and interior fit-out contractors.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to understand requirements and propose tailored solutions.
- Prepare and presentquotations, tenders, and technical submissionsin coordination with estimation and operations teams.
- Maintain an up-to-datesales pipeline, forecast monthly targets, and ensure consistent follow-up to close deals.
- Collaborate closely with design and project teams to ensure smooth project handover and high customer satisfaction.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to support strategic decision-making.
- Represent the company atexhibitions, trade fairs, and networking eventsto enhance brand visibility.
- Contribute to the development ofmarketing campaigns and promotional materialsto support business growth.
- Mentor junior sales team members and demonstrate leadership potential in preparation for future managerial responsibilities.
Job Requirements:
- Proven track record insales and business developmentwithinlandscaping, interior contracting, or facility managementindustries.
- Strong network of contacts within theregion's real estate, hospitality, and corporate sectors.
- Excellentcommunication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to prepare structured proposals and understand contract terms.
- Proactive, results-driven, and confident in client interactions.
- Proficiency inMS Office, CRM tools, and tender documentation.
- Fluency inEnglishis mandatory; additional languages such asArabic, French, Italian, Hindi, Malayalam, or othersare an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree inBusiness Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum57 years of relevant sales or business development experiencewith demonstrable business relationships.
- A driving licence and strong local market knowledge are essential. GCC market exposure is an added advantage.
