This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Leasing Consultant located in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales and leasing activities, maintaining strong client relationships, analyzing market trends, conducting property viewings, and working closely with clients to identify their property needs. Responsibilities also include lease administration, achieving sales targets, retaining residents through exceptional service, and ensuring smooth property transactions. This role requires collaboration with various teams within the company to achieve business development goals.

• Proven experience in lease administration and handling all aspects of leasing
• Strong customer service and resident retention skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to understand property market trends and meet client needs effectively
• Teamwork and interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal teams and clients
• Flexibility to work on-site in Abu Dhabi
