Role Description

BSM Property is building a high-performance secondary market team in Dubai.

We're hiring driven Sales & Leasing Consultants who are serious about earning through performance. This is a commission-based role designed for ambitious individuals who want unlimited income potential.

We believe in quality over quantity, strong systems, real support, and building high-performing agents, not crowded broker floors.

Our goal is to give every consultant the tools, guidance, and opportunities to perform at a high level and grow quickly within the company.

The Sales and Leasing Consultant will be responsible for guiding clients through the leasing and purchasing processes, maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients, showcasing luxury properties, and negotiating lease agreements. The role will involve providing exceptional customer service while ensuring client satisfaction and achieving sales targets.

What You'll Do

  • Generate listings within assigned communities
  • Prospect landlords and property owners
  • Conduct property viewings
  • Qualify tenants and buyers
  • Negotiate and close rental and sales transactions
  • Manage client relationships from first contact to closing
  • Maintain accurate CRM updates
