Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah for a Sales and Marketing Associate. The Sales and Marketing Associate will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, and conducting sales outreach. The role also includes providing excellent customer service, preparing sales presentations, and assisting in training initiatives to enhance team performance.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
• Experience in Sales and familiarity with Sales & Marketing strategies and techniques.
• Ability to assist in Training and providing support to team members.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and achieve business objectives.
• Proficiency in analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address client needs effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is an advantage.
• Proficiency in both English and Arabic is desirable.
