Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to help shape our brand presence, drive business partnerships, and oversee our social media strategy. You will be responsible for positioning our brand, driving inbound and outbound leads, and building longterm partnerships with corporate and hospitality clients. You'll work directly with the founders, plan and execute campaigns, and have a clear impact on revenue and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the overall brand and marketing strategy with clear monthly and quarterly plans that align with our luxury positioning.
  • Lead B2B outreach by identifying and contacting potential partners (hotels, travel agencies, corporates, event companies), setting meetings, and supporting the closing of partnership deals.
  • Plan and manage brand collaborations, influencers/creators, and comarketing initiatives that reinforce our premium image.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to continuously refine our strategy and identify new opportunities.
  • Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics (leads, conversions, engagement, ROI) and recommend datadriven improvements.
  • Manage and grow our social media channels, ensuring consistent, onbrand content and active community engagement.
  • Ideate and support sales campaigns and marketing initiatives to drive both client acquisition and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to define brand positioning, messaging, and creative direction across all touchpoints.
  • Regularly review campaign and channel performance, providing insights and actionable next steps for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 23 years of experience in Brand Strategy,, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management.
  • Proven proficiency in digital marketing, campaign management, and social media strategies.
  • Strong analytical abilities with solid market research and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable in front of the camera and confident managing social media, includingcontent creation and coordination with designers/creators.
  • Strong storytelling skills with a creative approach to presenting the brand and campaigns.
  • Familiarity with the Dubai market and the luxury services is a strong advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Flexibility to work onsite in Dubai and adapt to a fastmoving, growthoriented environment.
