Job Description

Sales and Marketing Representative will drive growth by acquiring and managing business accounts for our automotive service division. This role demands proven experience in garage service operations combined with strong B2B sales acumen. The executive will be responsible for building long-term partnerships with corporations, fleet operators, and businesses by offering tailored maintenance, repair, and service solutions, ensuring value creation and customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and secure corporate clients including fleet owners, leasing companies, and businesses requiring regular vehicle servicing.
  • Develop customized service packages based on client needs, pricing structures, and operational requirements.
  • Leverage technical knowledge of garage operations to accurately present service offerings and capabilities.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and service contracts with transparent cost structures.
  • Negotiate agreements, ensuring profitability and long-term business relationships.
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure client requirements are met and service quality standards are upheld.
  • Monitor client satisfaction, resolve escalations promptly, and implement retention strategies.
  • Achieve sales targets, monitor competitor activity, and contribute to business development strategies.
  • Maintain accurate client records, sales reports, and performance metrics in the CRM system.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales/Marketing, or Automotive Engineering (preferred).
  • 47 years of experience in B2B sales within the automotive service sector, with hands-on garage/service center experience.
  • Strong understanding of service operations, pricing models, and automotive maintenance solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting.
  • Valid driving license.
