Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Specialist based in Al Manrah - Egypt. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for marketing CDGA's training services to existing clients and expanding outreach to new potential clients. The role includes identifying and generating leads with training needs, promoting training programs, and maintaining a high standard of professional customer service and client handling.The Marketing Specialist will also be responsible for preparing training proposals and offers, following up with clients until confirmation and registration, and supporting management and the team in developing and implementing effective marketing and strategic plans.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in any marketing-related field
  • Bachelor's degree is a must
  • Excellent command of English (spoken & written)
  • Good knowledge of social media platforms and handling content
  • Fast learner, motivated, and eager to develop skills
  • Familiarity with working in international or diverse cultural environments is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to build relationships, address client needs, and maintain satisfaction.
  • the ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
