Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, based in Heliopolis. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, conducting client meetings, and driving revenue growth through effective sales and marketing techniques. Additional responsibilities include providing training to sales team members and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service and support.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with clients and team members
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Experience in Training team members to enhance team performance
- Highly driven and goal-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the auction or valuation industry is an advantage
