Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, based in New Cairo. Responsibilities include developing and managing sales strategies to meet and exceed targets, building and maintaining relationships with clients, delivering exceptional customer service, and providing sales training. The specialist will collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful promotional campaigns and will actively contribute to driving business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage and build relationships with clients
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to achieve and surpass set targets
• Ability to develop and deliver effective Training sessions for the sales team
• Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in analyzing market trends and creating actionable strategies
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Previous experience in the advertising or media production industries is advantageous
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications
