Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The role involves building client relationships, developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer accounts, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, creating sales presentations, and supporting the team in achieving sales targets. Additional tasks include organizing client training sessions, maintaining records, and ensuring a high standard of client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales, Sales Management, and developing business strategies
• Experience in conducting Training and providing educational support
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, or a related field
• Prior experience in the life sciences industry is an advantage
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of other relevant languages is a plus
