Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Dubai for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The role involves developing marketing strategies, promoting the company's products, identifying potential clients, building relationships with customers, and managing sales activities. Additionally, the specialist will deliver customer service, provide product information to clients, and contribute to training initiatives to improve sales professionals performance.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients.
• Proven experience in Sales and understanding of Sales Management processes.
• Capability to conduct Training sessions to enhance sales team performance.
• Organizational and time management skills to handle diverse tasks efficiently.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in the use of digital sales tools and marketing platforms is an advantage.
• Experience in the pet care industry is a plus but not required.
