Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Sales And Marketing Specialist. The role involves identifying and building relationships with potential clients, managing sales processes, and creating effective sales strategies. The specialist will also engage in client communication, provide exceptional customer service, and assist with training initiatives to enhance team performance. Additional responsibilities include implementing sales management practices to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and team members
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to meet and exceed targets
- Experience in conducting Training sessions and guiding teams toward enhancing sales and marketing capabilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team as well as independently
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic office software
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
