Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Maadi for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The role involves developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth. The specialist will be responsible for identifying potential clients, managing customer relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and conducting sales training. They will be expected to analyze market trends, track performance metrics, and contribute to business development strategies tailored to the needs of Niche Magazine Middle East.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members
  • Proven experience in customer service and client relationship management
  • Track record of success in sales and sales management, with the ability to meet or exceed targets
  • Experience in delivering training and coaching related to sales processes and strategies
  • Proficiency in market analysis and understanding of the media or publishing industry is a valuable asset
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work effectively in an on-site team setting
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Proficiency in relevant marketing tools and CRM software is an advantage
