Role Description

The Sales and Marketing Specialist is mainly responsible for achieving the required monthly sales target. The role focuses on closing deals, generating revenue, and building a strong client base through daily outreach, follow-ups, and professional customer care. The specialist is expected to maintain good relationships with clients, grow repeat business, and meet all sales goals assigned by the company.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
  • Strong Sales and Sales Management experience to achieve targets and oversee sales operations
  • Experience in Training and mentoring team members to enhance performance
  • Proficiency in strategic thinking and problem-solving to identify growth opportunities
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused workplace
