Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will develop, implement, and optimize sales and marketing strategies to achieve business goals. Responsibilities include identifying potential customers, managing customer relationships, conducting sales consultations, providing training, and developing sales campaigns to drive growth. The Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to align efforts and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Communication, with strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Experience in Customer Service and building client relationships
- Proven track record in Sales and Sales Management
- Ability to deliver effective Training for clients or team members
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in market analysis and campaign development is an added advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Prior experience in the food or refrigeration industry is a plus
