We are seeking a skilled Sales and Marketing Specialist for a full-time, on-site role located in New Cairo. The primary responsibilities include driving sales initiatives, developing marketing campaigns, nurturing customer relationships, and contributing to the overall business growth. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities, delivering exceptional customer service, and training clients on our services to ensure satisfaction and retention.

• Proficiency in Sales, Sales Management, and a proven ability to drive business growth and meet targets
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Experience in providing Training and support to effectively meet customers needs
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic marketing and sales plans
• Highly organized with time management and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with HR consulting and workforce optimization is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
