About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Sales Expert to manage and supervise sales relationships with our key luxury tour operator and travel agent partners. This role is central to ensuring flawless itineraries, accurate services, and premium client satisfaction.

Qualifications and Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years experience in travel sales, tour operations, or luxury travel
• Fluent French & English (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of the sales cycle and agent communication
• Ability to supervise, coordinate, and ensure compliance with sales procedures
• High attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility
• Strong attention to detail and high standards of quality
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Proactive mindset, ownership of files from start to finish
• Experience in luxury travel, tour operations, or travel consulting is a strong advantage
