We're Hiring! Sales Assistant Real Estate Cold Calling (Multifamily & Distressed Leads)

Role Overview

We are hiring motivated and confident Virtual Assistants to cold call:

Distressed homeowners

Tired landlords

Owners of multifamily properties (220+ units)

Pre-foreclosure and absentee owners

Your job is to start conversations, qualify leads, and set appointments for our acquisitions team.

Responsibilities

Make 300400 outbound calls per day

Follow provided cold call script

Identify motivated sellers

Ask qualifying questions (condition, timeline, price, motivation)

Update CRM with accurate notes

Tag hot/warm/cold leads properly

Schedule follow-up calls or appointments

Meet daily & weekly call targets

Requirements

Fluent English (neutral accent preferred)

Strong communication & persuasion skills

Comfortable handling objections

Previous cold calling experience preferred (real estate is a plus)

Reliable internet (minimum 10 Mbps)

Quiet workspace

Headset with clear microphone

Experience with dialers (Mojo, BatchDialer, CallTools, etc.) is a plus

Familiar with CRM systems (Podio, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus

Performance Expectations

Minimum 300 calls/day

Minimum 35 qualified leads per day

Proper CRM documentation

Professional and respectful communication
