Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Sales Assistant. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for supporting the sales team by managing customer inquiries, coordinating sales-related activities, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. The role also includes assisting with the organization of sales processes to meet targets and strengthen client relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills
• Advanced Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in Sales and ability to work towards targets
• Excellent Organization Skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in office software and ability to manage documentation effectively
• Problem-solving abilities and the capability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in sales or a customer-facing role is an advantage
