Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for a Sales Associate. The role involves assisting customers in finding their perfect pieces, delivering outstanding service, managing inventory, processing transactions, and maintaining store displays. Sales Associates will also support promotional events, ensure customer satisfaction, and stay informed about the latest products and trends in urban streetwear.

Qualifications

• Customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships.
• Sales and retail experience, including processing transactions and upselling techniques.
• Knowledge of urban streetwear and fashion trends as well as the ability to assist customers with style recommendations.
• Time management and organization skills to support inventory management and maintain a neat store environment.
• Problem-solving abilities and flexibility to adapt to a dynamic retail setting.
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
• Previous experience in fashion and retail is a must.
