To provide outstanding customer service, support the daily operations of the store, and drive sales while reflecting the energy and style of the Cotton On - Adult
- Greet and engage with customers to understand their needs and deliver a positive shopping experience
- Recommend products, up sell, and inform customers of current promotions
- Maintain store cleanliness, stock levels, and visual merchandising standards
- Operate the POS system and handle transactions accurately and efficiently
- Support with receiving deliveries, unpacking stock, and organising the sales floor
- Assist with stocktaking and inventory control
- Follow loss prevention and safety procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet store goals and KPIs
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; diploma.
- 1+ year experience in retail or customer service (preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math and computer skills
