Main Purpose
As an Ambassador of Montblanc, the jobholder will be based in a our boutique in Riyadh and will be responsible for selling brand merchandise within the specified standards and enhancing the brand image.
Sales
Key Responsibilities :
- Undertake direct sales with clients of the brand.
- Ensure that all sales are processed in accordance with required procedures using the systems provided.
Merchandise Display
- Ensure that all merchandise in the boutique is displayed within the brand requirements.
Inventory Control
- Assist with monthly stock takes and the tagging of merchandise.
- Ensure that all merchandise is controlled at all times and that shrinkage does not occur.
After Sales Service
- Assist clients with their returns and queries, ensuring that brand image is enhanced and client expectations are met.
Administration
- Ensure that all cash, receipts, invoices and documentation are handled in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Client Relationship
- Build client database by acquiring new customers as well as enhancing relationships with current clients.
