We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate (Arabic Speaker) to join our retail showroom team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining showroom standards while effectively communicating with Arabic-speaking customers.
Salary Dhs. 4,000 to 4,500 + Incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints effectively.
- Maintain proper product displays and showroom cleanliness.
- Process sales transactions accurately through POS systems.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Support stock replenishment and inventory checks.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth showroom operations.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication in English & Hindi
- Minimum 24 years of experience in retail showroom sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Presentable and customer-oriented personality.
- Basic computer knowledge and experience with POS systems.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
