Job Description:

• Deliver great customer service in line with the brand standards.
• Ensure excellent product knowledge of and children's collections to ensure clients satisfaction.
• Support daily store operations including stock handling, POS transactions, and general audit.
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Associate in a premium/luxury fashion retail brand.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to handle international clients and VIP customers.
• Knowledge children's fashion collections, POS transactions, stock handling, and retail store operations.
