Sales Business Development Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role for a B2B Sales Executive based in Dubai. The B2B Sales Executive will focus on identifying and building relationships with prospective clients, understanding their business needs, and offering tailored solutions from our range of accounting and consultancy services. Responsibilities include generating leads, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, closing deals, and achieving sales targets. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and strengthen client relationships.

• Proven experience in B2B sales, client relationship management, and negotiation
• Strong understanding of accounting, financial services, or consultancy domains
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to conduct market research and identify potential clients
• Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales management software
• Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
• Experience in the Dubai market or UAE region is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
