Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is essential in driving revenue growth, managing high-value client relationships, and expanding our presence across the UAE and regional markets. The ideal candidate has a strong commercial mindset, excellent communication skills, and experience working in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, develop, and grow a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring long-term retention and satisfaction
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and objectives
- Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities within existing accounts and new markets
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and commercial offers
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, and Support) to ensure seamless client onboarding and success
- Lead contract negotiations and successfully close deals in line with company revenue targets
- Track account performance and provide regular performance reports to senior management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities using CRM systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, account management, or business development
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts in a structured and professional manner
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and results-focused
- Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot is an advantage
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
